About my QSL Policy:

My first choice and most preffered is online logging. LOTW and eqsl is the best. Lets do away with paper. I upload once a week.

If you want a direct card please use OQRS in Clublog below. Please do notsend your card. In 1 envelope, I can send upto 3 cards.

If you are not comfortable with Clublog, then please use Paypal id sarlaylham@gmail.com to send your 2 $ with an email containing your qso details. Please do not send me your card.

If you still insist on sending your cards direct to my address, it is entirely at your risk. There is a great risk of the $ being stolen, and it weighs very heavily on my head. Please no IRCs.

Please do not send a QSL card for every qso via the bureau. Use Clublog or send me an email at sarlaylham@gmail.com for cards via the bureau.

The above policy means please dont sent me any cards via the bureau.

For the record, I have replied to all the cards direct and via the bureau received by me till 20/4/2013. The above policy will be applied henceforth.

Now a bit about me:

Ham radio for me is a religion. I practice it, dont mess with it and love it!!!Though the seed of desire to pursue ham radio was planted in me in the 1970s( I was in college then), I got my ticket in 1996, when I was a mother of 2 kids! I am now 60 years old, born in 1953. I have a grandson too.

. I was part of the AT2DW, AT0BI, AT0RI and AT0AI, VU7LD island expeditions and hope to do many more.  Operating from Svalbard as JW/VU2SWS and from Morokulien as LG5LG/SJ9WL was thriling

I have an ICOM 746 PRO transceiver and a Kenwood TS 590, a 3 element Steppir yagi and an Ameritron AL80B amplifier in my shack. I love to dx on SSB and sometimes on PSK31 and RTTY. Besides radio, I am a graduate in Economics, love to travel, listen to all kinds of music from classical to hip hop and love to dance. I practice Yoga and meditation every day. I like adventure sport and I have scuba dived in australia, bungee jumped and paraglided in new zealand and sky dived in Texas. I love to learn languages and can speak 4 indian languages and English and German. I beleive in the existence of a superior force, whatever name you give it and try to be a good ham and a good person!!

I have an American call WU2SWS which I use whenever I am in the USA, where my son lives with his family.
