QSL Information: Paper: I return all paper QSL cards the way I receive them. ae. Bureau = bureau and direct = direct. As a general rule I return direct cards every Monday. If you do not receive your direct card back from me within a reasonable time, please let me know. Unfortunately QSL cards get lost sometimes. For direct QSL please include a SAE. 1 or 2$ for postage will be appreciated, as I need the $'s to request the QSL cards I want via the direct route and most OM's want 2$ for a direct card. No $'s = no problem, just include a SAE if you don't have $ bills. Please,NO IRC's. Electronic: I upload my log to LOTW and ClubLog every Sunday evening or Monday morning. So, LOTW confirmations will take 1 week at most. I do not use e-QSL but upload my log every now and then for the sake of those who do use it.

Thank you for looking me up. My name is Charlie and i live in the capital of GOZO island (EU-023), Victoria. I am retired now after long life working as a ships engineer. In that time i sailed all over the world and was fortunate to visit some of the most beautifull places around the world. My interest in our beloved hobby started whan i was very young, so now after my retirement i got even more time to play with my toys in the shack. So beside enjoying the climate over here you can find me DXing quit often and talking with friends all over the world.

Some information about my QTH. The Maltese archipelago consists of 3 inhabited islands,Malta, Gozo and Comino. They lie in the middle of the Mediterranean sea with Malta 93 Km south of Sicily and 230 Km north of North Africa. The total area is 316 square Km (Malta 246, Gozo 67, Comino 2.7) The island of Gozo is an archaeologial time capsule. One of the oldest free-standing structures in the world exists today atGgantija Temples in Xaghra and artifacts from all periods are to be found on display at the islands museums. The latest of these is in the Village of Nadur and portrays maritime history with the aid of models, photo's and audio visul displays. The Gozo Heritage in Ghajnsielem is a stunning trip through past times as does the Gozo 360 degree show at the Citadel cinema complex in Victoria. Just up the hill from the cinema is the Citadel with it's cathedral. Law courts and some really wonderful views of over Gozo. Malta's coastline has many harbours, bays, creeks, beaches and rocky caves. The length of Malta's shoreline is 137 Km Capital of Malta: Valletta Capital of Gozo: Victoria
