Hello my dear friends.Thanks for QSO.I was born in 1967 and I live in Historic Qazvin city this city is located in 130 km(west) of tehran .
I have not QSL manager . I am working with radio 100w HF band my antenna is vertical GAP TITAN DX model of this antenna height is 10m from earth.
I mentioned that postage is high and expensive in my country and I can't send my QSL card but I understand that many of ham members want to know about the postage to pay for give my QSL card  by E-mail but I dont have enough time to reply the E-mails one by one so I answer their E-mails by my new post .
The ham amatour radio members  who are really want to have my QSL card , they must send their card by registered mail + 10 Green Stamp + 1 IRC ( only direct to my P.O box ) and If  you send less than 10 GS  I CAN'T REPLY .
