(the foreholder of CT3AS, "Hal", has been the first CT3 I ever worked/visited
while my ship MS EUROPA/DDQP has been in Funchal port back in 1970 !)

no bureau anymore but QSOs will be
uploaded to LoTW monthly
direct QSL EU & DX = SASE +2 greenstamps
IRCs not accepted no chance to use them, sorry.
