Amateur radio movement in the Obukhov district, Kyiv region, began in February 1972, when demobilized after military service Grebenichenko BM
(UR5UCH ex RB5UCT) self-assembled amateur radio equipment, it has registered in the State Inspectorate of telecommunications and began work on the air.

Youth went into the army and the national economy by trained professionals. Unfortunately, after the "collapse" of the Union circles that do not generate revenues, giving the closed space for lease. Ham radio operators were "not in the affairs" and the initiative group of the general meeting and g.g.Obuhov Ukrainka February 28, 1993 was established public organization - Obukhov radio club "Delta".
In June 2011 in the ROK "Delta" are registered 152 persons from 60 regions of Ukraine, as the Czech Republic, Russia and the United States. (Sk7, dropped 4). Club members are military personnel, politicians, athletes, workers in transport and communications. Collective Radio Club UR4UWS registered with the General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine and unites all the hams who work in emergency and rescue squads of Kyiv and Kyiv region.
86 members have the highest sports category. They know how to work professionally on the air in different forms of communication, including telephone, telegraph, and digital forms of communication via computer.
RK "Delta" from the formation of organized 56 expeditions to the Ukraine, and its members have participated on their own, at their own expense, in 15 expeditions to Asia, Africa and South America.
Since 1994, the team has been awarded 12 times the right to work with special call signs, which are issued only for events in the League of radio of Ukraine, the memorial "Victory", "Chernobyl", as well as events to mark the anniversaries, public and professional holidays (EO50UO, US70U,
UR100UWS, EO1000UT, EN3UIA, EN4UIA, EN5UIA, EO60UD, EM15UD, EN1UCF, EM7UT).
Since 2003, annually, in terms of their activities RK "Delta" uses a special call sign EO0UD.
According to the program "Island of Ukraine" team 17 times RK traveled to 11 islands of the river
Dnipro. Under the program, "Rivers of Ukraine" traveled to the shores of 14 rivers. Under the program, "The Caves of Ukraine" went into the cave "Atlantis" and "Mlynky" in Khmelnitsky and Ternopil region. Under the program, "Castles and Fortresses of Ukraine" visited 15 times. Under the program, "Museums of Ukraine" went 8 times. Under the program, "The flora and fauna of Ukraine"
visited 37 times in 22 regions of Ukraine (KV-01, 07, KO-10, 13,18,19,22,25,26,28,35,36, CH-11, 15,25,27, CR-08 KI-01, 08, VI-06, HM-10, TE-17). Worked in the "activity days" for the 65th anniversary of the Victory, the 1020th anniversary of Baptism of Kievan Rus, the 15th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine, the 1000 anniversary s.Tripole, the 90th anniversary of the birth of the poet who was born in Obukhov A. Malyshko, 70 - anniversary of the singer Vladimir Vysotsky, the 150th anniversary of the inventor of radio Alexander Popov, the 195th anniversary of the poet Taras Shevchenko, 100 years invention of radio, 645-th anniversary of g.Obuhova 100 th anniversary of PS Neporozhny, Minister
Energy and Electrification of the USSR, 85th anniversary of the first radio contact USA-USSR.
On their own and at their own expense RK made: three medals, seven pennants, 22 species
cards, receipts, 73 diploma and certificate amateur radio, to promote amateur radio world and the CIS countries who have made a significant contribution to the amateur movement.
On June 4, 2004 in g.Obuhov working VHF echo repeater (145.275), which can be used for rescue amateur radio emergency service in Ukraine and other countries.
The same VHF repeater, officially registered in Ukrchastotnadzor, established members of the RK "Delta" in Kiev.
Every Sunday at 8 am at a frequency of 3.645MHz is a "round table". First

In radio club "Delta" is a statute, its logo, pennant, a certificate, a flag, each club member has an individual card-check, a cap and a T-shirt with the logo of the club.
They are made of ratification, gratitude, gifts and prizes.
All programs are carried out of the club members for the enthusiasm and their own money, timing the work to professional and public holidays, working actively on the air for the promotion of amateur radio movement, youth education and basic radiodela HF Sports, to attract the attention of the world radio for important events, anniversaries and activities taking place in Ukraine.
