Las qsl's recibidas via directa seran contestadas a la mayor brevedad posible y que figuren en el libro de guardia, en caso contrario seran devuletas con su correspondiente nota.

Si se reciben algunas qsl's via directa sin su correspondiente ayuda para el retorno de las mismas seran remitidas via Buro con la posibilidad de que el corresponsal no pertenezca al mismo y nunca le llegue ya que no hay manera de saberlo al cien por cien.
