As we do not have a qsl buro in Suriname I can only qsl direct. Send qsl with SAE and at least two greenstamps (US$)or euro's.As of July 01, 2007 I am NOT accepting IRC's anymore, as they are NOT accepted by the Post Office in Suriname. Also IBRSreturn envelopes from Japan are NOT accepted.
Cards received with IRC's will NOT be returned. Self addressed envelopes with stamps of foreign countries are of NO USE in PZ-land. The use of registered mail is recommended. I do NOT e-QSL.
LOTW has been updated up to June 30, 2014. If for any reason you did not get your confirmation, just send me an e-mail with the qso details. Next upload will be in late 2014. Plse no requests for direct updates.
