The portable operation allows me to benefit from low noise, nice & supportive locations.
Different locations also force me to plan and be flexible about the antenna to be used.
With this type of operation, I can combine my two favourite activities - DXing and Travelling!

My nick name is Eak.
I first got licence in 2009 and updated to intermediate class in 2012.
CW is my favorite mode; so please be patient with my sending and receiving skills. I am sure it is improving over time.
I am so thrilled and very happy to make every single contact, especially when considering the distance to the power output.
I like to experiment with different simple antennas, especially at low power input, to see how far my signal is travelling.
I love QSL card and will reply all incoming cards for sure.
