Very high background noise from Kathmandu - S9 on 40m
Electric power is down for most of the day, so we have to use gasoline generator, do not be surprised when we suddenly stop transmitting, that means that we have to start the generator or feed it with new fuel :).

Information About My Qth The Maltese archipelago consists of three
inhabited islands,Malta,Gozo and Comino and two other uninhabited
islands.They lie in the middle of the Mediterranean sea with Malta 93 Km
south of Sicily and 230 Km north of North Africa. The total area is 316
square Km (Malta 246, Gozo 67, Comino 2.7) The Island of Gozo is a
archaeologial time capsule.One of the oldest free-standing structures in
the world exists today at Ggantija Temples in Xaghra and artifacts from
all periods are to be found on display at the islands museums.The
latest of these is in the Village of Nadur and portrays maritime history
with the aid of models,photo's and audio visul displays.The Gozo
Heritage in Ghajnsielem is a stunning trip through past times as does
the Gozo 360 degree show at the Citadel Cinema complex Victoria.Just up
the hill from the cinema is the Citadel with it's Cathedral.Law Courts
and some really wonderful views of over Gozo.
