QSL received Direct without SASE and without USD = Buro

Si se reciben algunas qsl's via directa sin su correspondiente ayuda para el retorno de las mismas seran remitidas via Buro con la posibilidad de que el corresponsal no pertenezca al mismo y nunca le llegue ya que no hay manera de saberlo al cien por cien.

If direct way without their corresponding aid for the return of the same is received some qsl they will be sent via Buro.
