CT3AS since 2000 (the foreholder of CT3AS, "Hal", has been the first CT3 I ever worked/visited while my ship MS EUROPA/DDQP has been in Funchal port back in 1970 !)

My station is located in St. Gallen in the north-east-part of Switzerland 10 km south from the lake of Constance (Bodensee).
With my XYL Edith I have two doughters (twins) and three grandchildrens.
I am electrical engineer degree (EUR-ING) and working for an engineering company who planning the electrical and electronic control, mesuring and SCADA-equipment for waste-water and drinkwater-plants.
My interest are HAM-radio, race-bicycle, piano-playing and mountains-hiking.
The station equipment consist of ICOM-7700, ICOM-7600, FT-1000 Mark-V-Field, ACOM-1000, HEX-Beam HX-5Bi on telescopic-mast and inverted V-dipole for 30, 40 and 80m. Most of the time I am work in CW and SSB.
For portable I use the Yaesu FT-817 (QRP) with LW-antenna.

1. The award is issued in the following categories:
- CW
- SSB
- Mixed
- RTTY/Digi Modes
apply for the award 50 points are required (you can check the online log in the menu bar on the left LOG SEARCH)
- QSOs with the special event call DR50RRDXA count 10 points
- QSOs with club stations abroad CR3L and LX7I count 5 points
QSOs with club members and clubstations count only once (no multiband QSOs). Contest QSOs as well as non-contest QSOs are valid but no repeater-QSOs. Interested OMs/YLs can use the Anniversary Online Log to verify if they have already enough QSOs/points for the award application.

Due to the risen and high costs of mail please be so kind and add 1 (one) valid IRC from European countries (EU) to your application. You are kindly requested only to pay in Euro.
