PLEASE READ THE LAST PART TO PREVENT DISAPPOINTMENT WITH QSL-ING.
IF YOU NEED MY CARD DIRECT RETURN POSTAGE IS NEEDED !!!!!
Dear Fellow Hams,
Thank you for all the enjoyable QSO's and for taking time to look up my call on QRZ.COM. I received my license as ZR2CR in Nov 2008 and upgraded to a full ZS license in March 2009. This was thanks to all the encouragement from my OM ZS2DK.
Ham radio has since become a passion.
I am a keen DXer / Contester and operate all modes excepting CW which I am still hoping to master.
My equipment is as follows:
A FT950 for phone work.
An IC7200 for all digital modes.
The antenna is a SteppIR covering 40 thru 6m
There are two inverted Vee's for 40 and 80m.
My QTH is Port Elizabeth a large Harbour City situated on the Indian Ocean coast of South Africa approximately half way between Cape Town and Durban.
We are on the edge of the beautiful Garden Route which is a very scenic 800km drive between here and Cape Town.
When propagation is good, the pile up can be very busy and hectic HI.
Please be patient as I would like to work you all.
If you are not in my log I have not worked you as my OM ZS2DK logs my calls on SSB.
Other Hobbies apart from Ham radio include, gardening, cultivation of Clivia, card making, scrapbooking and cooking.
I am also a lover of the Rotweiller Breed of dog and own a female named Mishka.
Some of my Ham Radio achievements so far include the following.
DXCC: SSB and Digital
WAC: SSB and Digital
WAZ: Mixed
WAZS
WAVK Call Areas HF
All Africa Award.
I am a member of EPC # 7727. And have achieved over100 certificates for digital work.
I am looking forward to hearing or seeing you on the bands soon.

QSLing If you have included return postage and an addressed envelope your card will be handled quickly An IRC or $2.00 is enough
Bureau cards take a long time so be patient if you have used that method LoTW is also done once a month.
I work a lot of DX and am NOT prepared to pay for return postage unless agreed with the DX station.
Alterations to your card make it of no use to me
Finally E-QSL is NOT used at all.
Regards
Colette
