All QSL received via bureau are answered via bureau (prefered way). SASE QSL goes via post mail. Email or OQRS requests (free of charge) are answered via bureau. "QSLs" from QSL CREATOR are ignored and handled as spam, I am not participating in eQSL program. I give my logbook data to Lotw, just to help others (I have never applied for any award using Lotw credits). I am old fashioned - QSO is confirmed only as soon as I have paper QSL card in my hands.
