Dr Mako,
Many thanks for the nice CW QSO on 20 meters. Your IC 7200 and loop antenna were very good copy here in Castle Rock,WA. Also thanks for Internet Blog our QSO. Very nice to see on the Internet.
My rig is Elecraft K3 at 100 watts. My antenna is a Cushcraft A-4, 3 element tri-band yagi at 18 meters high. I was also using my home brew CW key. Key is made from hack saw blade. My top speed with home brew key is about 22 words per minute. But it is easier to go slower, hi hi. My age is 55 and been ham radio operator now 23 years.
My best wishes to you and your family, good health and good dx...... Gary

My QTH is about 30 miles southwest of Mt. St. Helens near a small recreation area called Silver Lake.
I was first licensed in 1989 and have been issued the callsigns of KB7IFO, N7OBP and KJ7OL as my previous callsigns.
My favorite mode is CW, but I also enjoy the digital modes and some SSB and AM phone. I also enjoy building kits and repairing old radios.
Outside of ham radio my other passion is riding motorcycles. I have been riding motorcycles since age 10.
I currently ride a 2000 Kawasaki Concours sport-touring bike and a 99' Honda Shadow American Classic Edition.
73's es hpe to cul, gl dx
