3 sierpnia 1914 r. Józef Piłsudski, późniejszy Pierwszy Marszałek Polski, powołał Pierwszą Kompanię Kadrową. Sformowano ją ze Związku Strzeleckiego i Polskich Drużyn Strzeleckich. Pierwsza Kompania Kadrowa stała się zalążkiem Pierwszej Brygady Legionów Polskich. Udział polskich żołnierzy w I Wojnie Światowej przyczynił się do odzyskania niepodległości ojczyzny po 123 latach rozbiorów.

DIPLOMA ALL BULGARIAN SAINTS - 2014
Between 1st and 31st of August 2014 Bulgarian Radio Club BLAGOVESTNIK LZ1KCP will use the special call sign LZ 1680 MTS which has been created in honor of Bulgarian Saint Martyr Trendafil Starozagorski.
LZ 1680 MTS counts for "All Bulgarian Saints" award and 10 points towards "St. Teodosii Tyrnovski" award.
Between 1st of January and 31st of December 2014 Bulgarian Radio Club BLAGOVESTNIK LZ1KCP will use the special call signs which has been created in honor of Bulgarian Saints. They count for “All Bulgarian Saints - 2014” award and 10 points towards “St. Teodosii Tyrnovski” award.
To obtain the Diploma it is necessary to establish : For European stations 10 QSO (SWL reports), and for stations outside Europe – 5 QSO (SWL reports) with different memorial call signs dedicated to Bulgarian Orthodox Saints.
For 2014, these call signs are 12:
