LI prefixes will be used during 2014 by Norwegian hams with LA prefix. Hams with LB can use LJ prefix.
I will use LI9RY part time during the year.
A "NORGE 1814" - diploma will be issued by NRRL.
Notice that qsl cards are not required for the award.

Received cards will be answered the way they arrived. Remember that postage to DX continents exceeds two greenstamp. So please enclose three or one IRC and I will be happy and not lose money :) I use to be a quick QSL-er via paper mail (same day or day after). I don't take e-qsl.

Hare are the rules for the award:

NORGE 1814 AWARD

The Bicentenary of the Norwegian Constitution 2014
The Norge 1814 (Norway 1814) award is established to commemorate the bicentenary of the Norwegian Constitution in 2014.
In 2014 it is 200 years since the Norwegian Constitution was signed at Eidsvoll. The Norwegian Constitution of 17th May 1814 holds a special place in Norwegian history. Not only was it the foundation for democratic development, it was also instrumental in providing Norway with status as an independent country.
The 112 men in the Constituent Assembly produced one of the most liberal constitutions in the world at the time. The Norwegian consitution was crafted around three principles: separation of powers, the safeguarding of civil rights and parliamentarianism.

I am not a member of the radio society and do not have access to the buro. Please QSL direct only, covering my costs of replying to you and enclosing a return envelope. Current Irish postage rates mean a minimum of $2 or 1 IRC (with 31 Dec 2017 expiry) is required. This will cover up to 9 QSOs - if sending for more contacts, an extra $ or IRC is needed. Insufficient or no postage means no reply. Any extra $ or IRC helps towards costs of operating, cards, etc.
I am QRV 80m - 6m on SSB, CW and RTTY/PSK31. If you need EI on a particular band or mode, email for a sked.
Other calls: G0CGL, GI0CGL. I am QSL manager and still have cards for YJ8NJS, YJ8JS, YJ1BKS.
Licenced since 1985, as G0CGL I have worked and confirmed all DXCC entities (No 1 Honor Roll) with all or nearly all confirmed on every band except 80m (273) and 160m / 6m (100+ on those bands). In 2011 I relocated to EI and started activity as EI4KF in September. I am QRV 80m through 6m and all modes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
QSL card update: As at 23 December 2013, all cards received with sufficient return postage have been answered.
