QSL CARD Policy
QSL cards could be required DIRECT sending, at least, 3/4 US $ (2/3$ are sufficients ONLY for Europeans requests).
If you sent IRC be sure if are still valid in 2014 as in the picure below!!! (old IRC are expired in 2013) 1, 2 or more IRC . pse read carefully the note below) to cover the mail costs, and an envelope with your address to:

If you want a quiete fast reply . PSE don't send QSL for differents years of operation in same enveloppe.
NOTE: We ask, at least, 3/4 $ to reply at your QSL request (if you aren't in Europe) because, starting January 1st 2013 the mail costs outside Italy (max. 20g = 3 qsl) are now very more expensive than the past: and because the actual SELL value of 1 US$ is +- 0.73 € but we have to add the exchanges costs (abt another 5-10%) so 1 US$ is abt 0.68€. So probaly 3US$ are not sufficient to cover the costs of any outside Europe letters.
UPDATE NOTE (27.12.2013): Starting January 1st 2014 another increase of mail costs was anticiped from Italian media (they sed that an increase, up to 60%, is expected) so 4US $ for not EU-hams probably will be necessary to cover the costs of a letter . :( . other info soon .
IRC - PSE IF YOU USE IT PSE BE SURE THEY ARE VALID THE ONLY ONE VALID IS IN THE PICTURE BELOW!!!(other - old - IRC are expired in 2013). Italian mail exchange at 0,70€ IRC marked "Italy"; 0,85€ IRC printed in EU; 2,00€ IRC printed in AF/AM/AS and 2,50€ for IRC printed in OC. If you want a reply from (e.g.) USA and you will send 2 "Italian" IRC (2x0,70€=1,40€) we can't reply because they can't cover our mail costs, but if you will use 1 IRC printed in USA or in JA we can! So if you'll use IRC pay attention at this rules!
We can confirm all qso made by 1A0KM since 1994 but we COULDN'T confirm any qso before that year!
