50th anniversary of the Algerian independence
Rules of the contest
For the first time:
For the first time, Algerian 7T prefix will be used by Algerian radio hams.
Definition:
The contest for the 50th anniversary of the independence of Algeria is an outstanding manifestation of ARA the Algerian radio society.
To obtain the Diploma you must total 50 points.
Goal:
Allow OM's and SWL's from Algeria and outside to obtain a diploma and a special QSL card for the event.
Objective:
To inform the world about that particular event.
Participation:
All Amateur radio, radio clubs and SWL can participate in the contest on all modes and all HF bands allowed.
Dates and times:
From July 05 2012 at 00:00 pm UTC to December 31, 2012 at 00:00 pm UTC.
Valid Contacts:
The same station can be contacted once per band. Correspondents must exchange their respective reports.
Points:
-Official Station (R.C Algiers) 7T50I = 10 points.
-Radio Club Station from East and South East area (RC Bou-Saada) 7W50I= 05 points.
-Radio Club Station from the south zone (RC Laghouat) 7V50I and 7U50I=05 points.
-Radio Club Station from the West and South West area (RC Mostaganem) 7Y50I= 05 points.
-Ordinary 7X stations: 03 points.
Reports:
Copies of the logs must be submitted to the contest manager ARA: Po Box 01 RP Alger ALGERIA before 1st February 2013. Copy of the log must be written in uppercase.
Participation Fees:
The cost of the diploma is 10 U.S. Dollars or 05 Euros. (Costs of printing and delivering)
Penalties:
-QSO with a nonexistent 7X call sign.
-Absence of the QSO on the 7X logs.
-For an incomplete call sign the contact will be cancelled.
Getting the diploma:
The station that has obtained 50 points can ask for a diploma.
Conditions of participation:
By entering this competition, the competitor agrees to respect its rules, the common rules and the courtesy in use between ham radio operators.

قانون المسابقة
بدايـــة :
أول مرة في العالم ستستعمل إشارة نداء جزائرية تبدأ بــ7 Tمن طرف هواة الراديو الجزائريين .
تعريف :
مسابقة احتفالية لذكرى الــ 50 لاستقلال الجزائر ، هي تظاهرة استثنائية لأنشطة هواة الراديو الجزائريين .
و لنيل شهادة هذه التظاهرة يجب جمع 50 نقطة .
الهدف :
تحفيز هواة الراديو المرخصين و المستمعين الجزائريين و الأجانب لنيل شهادة
و بطاقة اتصال خاصة .
الغاية :
تعريف العالم بهذا الحدث الخاص .
المشاركة :
هواة الراديو المرخصين ، نوادي راديو الهواة ، مستمعي الراديو يشاركون في المسابقة بجميع الأنماط و في كل الباندات ( النطاقات ) الديكامترية المسموح العمل عليها .
التواريخ و الأوقات :
من 5 جويلية 2012 على الساعة 00 سا00 ( غرينتش ) ، إلى غاية 31 ديسمبر 2012 الساعة 00 سا00 ( غرنتش ) .
الاتصالات المقبولة :
نفس المحطة يتصل بها مرة واحدة فقط لنفس الباند ( النطاق ) ، المراسلين يجب عليهم تبادل تقارير السمع .

1 - المحطة الرسمية ( نادي العاصمة )7T50i:نقاط10
2 - محطة نادي راديو الهواة منطقة شرق و جنوب شرقي( نادي بوسعادة )7W50i:نقاط5
3 - محطة نادي راديو الهواة منطقة جنوب ( نوادي الأغواط )7V50i،7U50i:نقاط5 لكل منهما
4 - محطة نادي راديو الهواة منطقة غرب و جنوب غربي( نادي مستغانم )7Y50i:نقاط5

التقارير :
نسخ من اللوغات (logs) يجب أن ترسل إلى مدير المسابقة في الجمعيةARA
على العنوان التالي : ص . ب رقم 01 الجزائر العاصمة – الجزائر ، قبل تاريخ 01 فبراير 2013 .
مع وجوب كتابة اللوغات (logs) بحروف كبيرة .
حقوق :
تكلفة الشهادة 10 دولار أمريكي ، أو 5 يورو .(تكاليف الطباعة وتسليم)
عقوبات :
-الاتصال بإشارات نداء غير موجودة .
-غياب الQSOفيلوغات (logs) محطات7X.
-إشارة النداء غير كاملة :QSOملغى.
الحصول على الشهادة :
كل المحطات التي تربح على الأقل50نقطة لها الحق في الحصول على الشهادة.
شروط الإشتراك :
بالمشاركة في هذه المسابقة ، كل متنافس يستوجب عليه احترام هذا القانون ،
و القوانين المتعارف عليها بين هواة الراديو في الاتصال .

REGLEMENT DU CONCOURS
EN PREMIERE:
Pour la première fois dans le monde le préfixe Algérien 7T sera utilisé par les Radio Amateurs Algériens.
DEFINITION:
Le concours pour le 50e anniversaire de l’indépendance de l’Algérie est une manifestation exceptionnelle des activités des radioamateurs Algériens.
Pour obtenir le Diplôme il faut totaliser 50 points.
BUT:
Faire bénéficier les OM’s et SWL’s Algériens et étrangers pour l’obtention d’un diplôme et d’une carte QSL spéciale.
OBJECTIF:
Faire connaître au monde entier cet événement particulier.
PARTICIPATION:
Les radioamateurs, les radio-clubs et SWL participent au concours en tous modes confondus, sur toutes les bandes décamétriques autorisées.

Du 05 Juillet 2012 à 00:00 h GMT au 31 Décembre 2012 à 00:00 h GMT.
LIAISONS VALABLES:
La même station ne peut être contactée qu’une fois par bande. Les correspondants doivent échanger des rapports d’écoutes.

-Station Radio Club zone Est et Sud Est (R.C Bou-Saada) 7W50I = 05 points.
-Station Radio Club zone Sud (R.C Laghouat) 7V50I et 7U50I = 05 points.
-Station Radio Club zone Ouest et Sud Ouest (R.C Mostaganem) 7Y50I = 05 points.
-Stations ordinaires 7X= 03 points.
COMPTES-RENDUS:
Les copies des logs doivent être transmises au contest manager de l’ARA: BP 01 Alger RP ALGERIE avant le 01 février 2013. La copie du log doit être écrite en caractères majuscules.
CONTRIBUTIONS:
Le coût du diplôme est de 10 Dollars US ou 05 Euros. (pour les frais d'impression et d'envoi)
PENALITES:
QSO avec un indicatif 7X non existant.
Absence du QSO sur les logs 7X.
Indicatif incomplet : QSO annulé.
OBTENTION DU DIPLOME:
Toutes les stations ayant obtenus avec au moins 50 points valables.
CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION:
En participant à ce concours, le concurrent s'engage à en respecter le règlement, les règles communes et les règles de courtoisie en usage entre les radioamateurs.
