Hi and welcome to my qrz page. I live in the small market town of Abergavenny 76.206 Meters ASL, WAB SquareS051. Situated around 30kms NE of our of Cardiff.
I was born and raised in this town and have been operating radio since 1979 working my way through and passing my B licence in 1994 with the call GW7WFO then finally passing my full amateur call in 2002 with the above callsign.
I am now retired and my job was working as a signalman on the railways.
My working conditions consist of a 3 Element STEPP-IR antenna on top of a P60 tower, YAESU FT-1000MP MKv FIELD, LINEAR AMP UK EXPLORER amplifier with a MFJ962D tuner  in line.
