I have been active since 1985. Interested in chasing DX on 160 to 6m, mostly on CW plus some contesting. Ex VP8GAV 1990 to 1995 while working for British Antarctic Survey. Also operated as V2/GM0GAV, V26XX, S79GM, S79GT, 7Q7GM, VP8SDX, T2GM.
My current station is 2 x Elecraft K3 plus amplifers. Antennas are Optibeam 12-4 at 28m, F12 XR-5 at 18m, M2 6M5X at 22m, 80m phased verticals and 160m inverted L. For receiving on LF I have 4 x 2 wire beverages covering 8 directions plus a K9AY loop.
I have made it to 275 countries confirmed on 160m, which is similar to my 12 / 10m totals. I am hoping for more sunspots to improve my totals on 12, 10 and 6m. On CW I need CE0X, FT5W, KP1 and P5.
Married to Margaret and we have a young son, Robert. I have worked in telcoms since 1985, currently working on mobile networks with Ericsson for a second time.

QSL ok direct, bureau or LOTW.

First licensed at age 16 in 1960 as KN4ZRX, I've held the calls K4ZRX (1961 to1976), DL4ND (1968 to 1971), N4ND (1976 to 1996) and the current call since November 1996. I'm mainly active on CW on the HF bands and there's nothing I love more than a good modest speed (30-35 WPM) rag chew. I also enjoy CW contesting and get in about every one I hear. With my setup I'm not competitive but I like to try to beat or at least equal my previous year's score. I do own a microphone for my Ten Tec rigs and have actually been know to use it a time or two. I'm a member of ARRL, CVCC, PVRC, and FOC. Current rig is a Ten Tec OMNI VII, Ameritron ALS-600 amplifier and a 53 meter center fed flat top up 17meters. I need to post a current picture!
73, Puck, W4PM
P.S. QSLing: I put all my logs each month on LOTW and e-QSL. If an electronic confirmation is good enough for you please do the same. Direct QSL's for WAS or the US county award require no SASE or green stamp for return postage. I reply100% to such cards and pay my own postage. Please do not send me cards via the ARRL QSL Bureau. Any response from me to such cards may take years. Too many cards - too little time!

Tnx fer QSO..but My parts only wrong call(=QSB)  ok Best 73's : )..befroe station was JA8JC : )

They said in HP

Attention to JAs

We will try to pay special attention to JA and Asian stations as we know Caribbean Sea is one of the difficoult regions for them. Short and long path routes will be checked on 10m, 12m and 15m bands in proper time to make more contacts. One of our goals is to work as many JA as possible even if the rate will be slow.

When we call "only JA" please other stations QRX - there will be planty of time to work us outside of JA propagation windows.
Yes Yes ..We can make many many QSO... I understand.. I can get you ..almost for JA's

Again.. Thank you very much your's mind!!
