Hello! I like DX'ing and the most I have operated by cw-mode. I want to learn it.
Some years ago I operated from 3A (3A/OH4MDY). I had 2000 qsos and I sent the qsl-cards via buro. It was spring time and the skip was very short. Only European stations. Now I have got back over 150 cards. Not member, not interestied. So it was my last pedition that I will send qsl-cards automatically to everybody via buro.
23.-30.3.2005 I operated from Greenland using my callsign OX3RZ. QSL-info is on OX3RZ page.
In Cambodia I have operated using my own call XU7MDY first time on 22.10.-3.11.2006. QSL-info is on XU7MDY page.
I have operated from 2009 autumn from Vietnam several times using my callsign XV2RZ. I had a short time also XV2MDY in the use. More information on XV2RZ screen.
I don't have any sponsors, so my peditions are very little operations. I like the most when I have got feedback "my new one".
It's the best in this hobby. 73 es cu agn on the bands,
with cordial wishes
Retu

balance two competing objectives - facilitating the use of current

and future data emissions and protecting against a situation where a

few data stations take over a band.

"Some bandwidth limit is necessary, if the outdated symbol rate

limit is eliminated, as it should be," the League argued, adding

that it would be "undesirable" to permit an environment where "a few

data stations using large swaths of spectrum could operate to the

detriment of other modes in the very narrow HF amateur allocations."

Nor would it be possible, the League said, to drop the maximum HF

data emission bandwidth much below 2.8 kHz without prohibiting

permitted data modes already in use.

The League's petition now tops the FCC's "Most Active Proceedings"

list. As of the December 23 comment deadline, more than 85O comments

had been filed.

Cation..very low level sound

09:07-09:16(=JJ5IZX) Tnx fer Nice contact..You are "God Ear" : )

I take QSLing seriously. That is the reason why I had to write all what you will find down this page.
1. If you need a paper QSL, request it directly with Pay Pal, not via the buro. All Africa and Pacific QSOs have been LoTW uploaded. Do use Pay Pal as I may not be there in Russia at the time when your cards come in. When with PayPal, no need for your QSLs, a list of QSOs and your current address is all I need. The Pay Pal e-mail is identical to the one on this page.
Если Вы говорите по-русски, эти предложения распространяются и на Вас. Особенно если Киев - Ваш столичный город. Не посылайте мне QSL и конверты, делайте все дистанционно и электронно.
2. I find disappointing the number of abusive direct requests expecting half a kilo of my QSLs and half a day of my time to prepare them against half an IRC or a dollar. To avoid this in the future, I am introducing a srtict no exceptions under no conditions formula:
First country/call in the request = 3 USD, each country/call extra + 1 USD. That also concerns direct requests paid with risky cash-in-the-envelope shipments with the difference in the formula that the first counrty/call in the request = 2 USD, the rest stays.
For example, you request SU9VB and E40VB + 5H3VMB/3, that translates into 5 USD. Please be fair and do not pressure me with the notion of the Ham Spirit. I have done enough to deliver the valid QSO to you. Do your part of the job as well.
3. All direct QSLs received after January 1, 2013 and having IRCs enclosed will be treated as buro requests and will be answered via your buro. Do not send IRCs after that date unless you are happy with the buro.
4. We are in the 21st century, is not that time to stop shifting papers (being that USD cash or IRCs) across borders? I do not need any cards anyway, although I will be happy to QSL if required. See if you can make an effort to learn how you can be part of that Electronic Age as well.
5. I do not agree that LoTW is an assortment of QSLs. I want to see it as an open database. I will immediately return to LoTW when
I have full access to my data there which includes:
a. unlimited editing; b. deleting any of my data if necessary.
6. I do answer bureau requests but, please, do not count on it as a way of getting a card. See it as a pleasant lottery. If that is fine with you - request via the buro. Your chances are a good factor of my spare time and funds being available. I may consider shipping bulk to National QSL bureaus provided we sort the details of the shipment out with them.
