| The Tatarstan Section of Soyuz Radiolyubiteley Rossii (Russian Amateur Radio Union) celebrates the 27th University Games to be held in Russia in 2013. The “Universiade” Award will be issued for QSO’s/SWL’s with amateur radio stations in Kazan, Tatarstan (the venue of the University Games 2013), the Tatarstan Republic (R4P, R4Q, R4R) and other cities and regions through which the University Games Flame will travel: Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Yakutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Ekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Arkhangelsk, Stavropol, Pyatigorsk, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Yoshkar-Ola, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Saransk, Penza, Saratov, Samara, Orenburg, Ufa ; radio stations operating from the "Sedov" Tall Ship (transporting the flame).Points can be scored as follows:
