Rules of the contest

Definition:
The contest for the 50th anniversary of ARA creation.
To obtain the Diploma you must totalize 50 points.
Goals:
Allow OM's and SWL's from Algeria and outside to obtain a diploma and a special QSL card for the event.
Objective:
To inform the world about that particular event.
Participation:
All Amateur radio, radio clubs and SWL can participate in the contest on all modes and all HF bands alloARAwed.
Dates and times:
From
march 01st 2013 at 23:00 UTC
to
May 31st, 2013 at 23:00 UTC.
Valid Contacts:
- The same station can be contacted once per band.
- Correspondents must exchange their respective reports.
Points:
-Official Station (R.C Algiers)7T50ARA=15 points.
-Official station on expedition7T9A=15 points.
-Radio Club Station =10 points.
-Ordinary7Xstations =05 points.
Reports:
-Copies of the logs must be submitted to the contest manager ARA:
Po Box 01 RP Alger ALGERIA
before 31 december 2013.
-Copy of the log must be written in uppercase.
Participation Fees:
The cost of the diploma is 15 U.S. Dollars or 10 Euros. (Costs of printing and delivering)
Penalties:
-QSO with a nonexistent 7X call sign.
-Absence of the QSO on the 7X logs.
-For an incomplete call sign the contact will be cancelled.
Getting the diploma:
The station that has obtained at least 50 points can ask for a diploma.
Conditions of participation:
By entering this competition, the competitor agrees to respect its rules, the common rules and the courtesy in use between ham radio operators.

Le concours pour le 50eanniversaire de la création de l’ARA est une manifestation mémorable des activités des radioamateurs Algériens.

Pour obtenir le Diplôme il faut totaliser 50 points.

Faire bénéficier les OM’s et SWL’s Algériens et étrangers

OBJECTIF:

Faire connaître au monde entier cet événement particulier.

PARTICIPATION:

Les radioamateurs, les radio-clubs et SWL’s participent au concours en tous modes confondus, sur toutes les bandes décamétriques autorisées.

La même station ne peut être contactée qu’une fois par bande et mode.

- Station Officielle en Portable, en Expédition ou en contest 7T9A =15 points.

- Station Radio Club = 10 points.

-Stations ordinaires 7X 05 points.

COMPTES-RENDUS:

- Les copies des logs doivent être transmises au contest manager de l’ARA:

- La copie du log doit être écrite en caractères majuscules.

CONTRIBUTIONS:

I LOST THE BATTLE
Many thanks to each and every one of you for understanding the post office situation , I have tried my best in each and every known way to circumvent the "Disappearing Act" of my post , Nothing of substance was achieved .

· (SAE) Self Addressed Envelope

· 2 UD$. (NO IRC)
· 1 QSL card for each contact.
· 1 QSL card for multiple contacts on any one band .
· Please do not mix bands on the same card .
· Please do not send a multi Station QSL cards in the same envelope unless you have more than 1 call sign
Mark K2AX have my logs from 9/21/200915:31 utc. any thing before Sep 212009 is on paper log if you need a QSL card for contacts before Sep 21 2009 send an email to me I will check the log if OK I will confirm it to you as well as Mark K2AX then you can send the card to Mark K2AX. Other than that Mark will NOT be able to check for contacts befor Sep 21 2009.
I have been assured by Mark that he will respond within the same week . Thanks to all of you and many thanks to Mark K2AX for taking on this project.

Hi and welcome to my qrz page. I live in the village of Bystrany, which is situated about 80km NW ofour capital city of Praha (Prag). I have been operating radio since 1996. I am now retired so have enough time for the hobby. My working conditions consist ofthe HB9CV's for 10,15 and 20m, Inv.Vee for 40 and 80m.I use mainly Elecraft K3 or K2 for QRP or portables. If you hear me on the band please give me a call.

After last year's trip to Montenegro, we prepare the similar tour to E7 - Bosna i Hercegovina during 29th May to 10th of June. Focusing to E7FF locations we plan to visit the following places:
E7FF-003 Natural Park Una  ( not sure )
E7FF-004 Natural Park Blidinje
E7FF-001 Natural Park Sutjeska
E7FF-015 Natural Reserve Jahorina
E7FF-006 Natural Park Trebevic
We will stay 2-3 days on each place and we plan to be active on 80-10 mtrs SSB/CW depending on weather and conditions on the site.

Equipment: K3 100W, PA 500W(depending on conditions on the site), Inv.Vee for 80/40m, single element quad for 20/15/10m, GP for WARC, power generator 1.5kW

Group of hams from OK decided to make the ham trip to Greeenland during 16th to 26th of September 2011. Team members are Jiri OK1IEC, Jan OK1JK, Jiri OK1JST and Vaclav OK1VVT.
