QSL CARDS RECEIVED UP TO MARCH 10th ARE OUT.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING YOUR QSL CARD!!!

1) Please send your mail to N4FKZ, my qsl mail drop.
2) Make sure you get the correct address for N4FKZ, also important to read the info at N4FKZ, here on QRZ.com.
3) Please don't forget send $2.- for your return postage (very sorry but we can't take ircs, NO IRCs).
4) Your return envelope SASE has to have your full name (name and last name).
5) We have NO BURONO LOTW and no Electronic confirmation of any kind.
6) We only keep logs for 5 years.
7) Only one qsl card per envelope with no more than 3 qsos.
8) No registered mail please.
9) Please no duplicate qsos
10) It is the responsibility of the Dxer to read and understand our qsling instructions
We apreciate much your understanding and cooperation. Let me tell you what I am doing for you, between opening your letter, looking for the qso in the log, writing your card, checking your return envelope to make sure all is ok, then affixing a stamp before closing the envelope, some envelopes come with out glue, we have to use regular glue on them and finaly, letters must be packed in bundles of 25 to be sent (not for free) via "safe courrier" to the US Post Office. Altogether, It takes me no less than 5 minutes per qsl card, best I can do about 10 per hour SEVERAL DAYS OF MY LIFE JUST TO ANSWER YOUR QSL CARDS. The worst part are some of the opinionated, weird, ignorant people that we have to deal with, also the unintelligent individuals pretending to impose their will on us plus the wise fellows trying to get a free ride. It is incredible that there are some people sending their return envelopes with USED US stamps on them. There was an A.H. who sent me a photocopy of a two dollar bill ( true).
INFORMATION: In 1998 when we noticed that our local Post Office was having big irregularities, in order to prevent this, we were forced to establish a “mail drop” in the US.To make this sistem work for you, please send your mail to the address for N4FKZ. We're very sorry but we can´t exchange IRCs anymore and $2, like in most parts of the world, are necesary for mailing your card back to you. The rest is the same, one card per envelope, with no more than 3 QSO’s per card, and no cards with dates over 5 years old. We are not members of the Bureau (Buro) service at all. It is not to our covenience to send our qsl cards via a third party, unless it is a QSL manager. We went through the trouble of establishing this mail drop system just to make sure that you don’t loose your green stamps. Please give us a hand with your understanding and cooperation, this way you will get the qsl card you need, please be very careful, the address you need is N4FKZ because N4KZ was sick and tired of getting my cards, he had to place and add on his entry here on QRZ.com trying to prevent any more mistakes, W4FKZ does not even exist and KZ8Y is also wrong, he has nothing to do with our mail; sending an SASE is elementary.
I would like to express my gratitude to all Hams who have contacted me in the past 35 years, especially those who enabled me to work all the countries from the DXCC list --"TOP HONOR ROLL N.1"--. Having a total of 355 phone and mixed, on the CW mode (telegraphy), it gives me great satisfaction to be the first operator from all the Spanish speaking countries of the entire world to ever achieve --CW DXCC HONOR ROLL--, and now with 351 confirmed; only P5 missing for N.1. At the creation of DXCC on 30 mts we were there with the same punctuality, just like DXCC on 17 and 12 mts, our 160 mts DXCC No185 and 6 mts DXCC No 774 are there also, the ancient 5BDXCC No 939, 5BWAS No 900 or 5BWAZ with 200 zones No 45, I consider them part of the past, At this time we are waiting with all the necessary qsl cards on 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 and 6, for the creation of a new award, 10BDXCC, hoping ARRL sooner or later will offer it.
My 351 CW DXCC, I did not do it alone, God gave me a big hand, and from my friend K8CW Al Fischer, got the inspiration to learn the trade, this guy is one of the best I know, able to Tx Rx even asleep (true), the other one was Ron ZL1AMO now Rest in Peace, both CW Masters. About my station, not much, my radio is an old Kenwood TS450S modifyed by Papa Bravo, for 200 w my antennas, only Mono Band antennas by Hy-Gain, 27 mts up, our location in Guatemala city is 5000 feet elevation, just like Denver in Colorado USA, also very important, the patience of my beloved wife and last but not least our humble very little experience.
ITALIANO:
Grázie a Gianni I8QLI.
Thank you all for visiting my page, I feel honored to have your flag in my counter, so far we have had 143 different countries, they all came voluntarily and I appreciate you all.
