Hello, my name is MOHAMED, "MED" for short.
I am amateur radio since 1973.
My QTH is TLEMCEN located 600 km west of Algiers (ALGERIA).
My rig is an Argonaut 509 (40w). The antenna is a 4 Elements yagi (ATB 34 model) and dipoles.
************************************ QSL INSTRUCTIONS ***********************************
* - DIRECT QSL ONLY with Green stamp(s) and a Self-Addressed Envelope: (I am my own QSL manager).
* - $1 for one card - $2 for two cards. (Please put an additional POSTAGE if you send SEVERAL CARDS ).
* -The Post Office here does not accept IRC's.All the cards received with IRC's will NOT be answered.
* - Please use a "solid envelope" and put the "green stamps" INSIDE of the SAE.
* - Please put also the DETAILS of our QSO's (Call - Date - Time - MHz - RS/T- Mode) INSIDE of the envelope. THIS HELPS ME TOO MUCH.
* - All QSL's cards are collected of my P.O. BOX in BARCELONA in SPAIN and are sent to me in ALGERIA in "recommended". This operation requires "A period of time" but it is "much protected". Please be patient!
* - The return of QSL's cards is made from ALGERIA not from SPAIN, and then "the Spanish stamps" are not accepted, since I cannot use them. Then all the cards received with Spanish stamps will NOT be answered.
* - Donations always appreciated to help costs of QSL printing.
* - IMPORTANT REMARK: ONLY the QSL's cards received with a SUFFICIENT POSTAGE will be answered because I can not afford postage for the many hundreds of cards which come in.
* - Please: no e-QSL - no LoTW - no buro.
* - You can confirm a very old QSO, because I still have in my possession, almost the totality of my old logs.
* - Many thanks for your understanding and your help. See you on the bands.

**** INFORMACIÓN PARA LOS AMIGOS ESPAÑOLES*****
_Todas las QSL's se recogen en mi apartado de correos de Barcelona, y, se envían por correo certificado a mi domicilio en Tlemcen (Argelia).
_La respuesta a estas QSL's se lleva a cabo desde Argelia, no desde España, por lo tanto, todas las cartas recibidas con sellos españoles para su respuesta no serán contestadas.
_Únicamente se contestarán las cartas recibidas con una cantidad suficiente para su franqueo, o sea, 1$ para una QSL, 2$ para dos QSL's, y una cantidad adicional para varias QSL's.
_El resto, no serán contestadas, pues no puedo permitirme pagar de mi bolsillo el franqueo de los centenares de tarjetas que recibo.
_Por favor, tened en cuenta que tampoco acepto e-QSL's, ni LoTW's, ni QSL's vía buró.
_Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda y comprensión, espero cruzar antenas muy pronto con todos vosotros.
