FEDALA (Mohammedia): Les pêcheurs et les marchands espagnols, génois et vénitiens commerçaient avec FEDALA les XIVe XVe siècles. Au XVIIe siècle, le port de  «Fédale» ou "l'isle de Fédala" servait de refuge momentané  aux légers bâtiments des corsaires de Salé, poursuivis par les frégates du roi de France.
FEDALA a été renommée Mohammedia le 25 juin 1960 par le roi Mohammed V restaurateur de l'indépendance marocaine, à l'occasion de la pose de la première pierre de la raffinerie de pétrole Samir. Cette nouvelle appellation indique le caractère moderne de cette cité.
Mohammedia est maintenant en passe de rejoindre Casablanca, qui n'est située qu'à une vingtaine de kilomètres au sud. C'est  également une  grande station  balnéaire, une marina, un champ de courses et  des golfs royaux.
Mohammedia jouit d'un climat méditerranéen caractérisé par  des hivers doux et humides et des étés chauds et secs. Sa proximité à l'océan atlantique tend à rafraîchir la ville en été et à la réchauffer en hiver. Elle profite largement du soleil durant toute l'année.
La Période de mai à octobre est relativement chaude caractérisée par un air sec avec des températures moyennes maximales de 23-29 ° C et minimales de 14-19 ° C,  mais la température dépasse souvent les 32 ° C et atteint parfois les 35 ° C .
La Période de novembre à avril est douce et humide avec des pluies fréquentes. Les Températures maximales moyennes sont de 20-23 ° C et les minimales de 9-12 ° C, cependant la température peut facilement baisser aux alentours de 2 ° C tôt le matin ou atteindre les 27 ° C  pendant quelques jour d'hiver.
La grande partie des précipitations  qu'enregistre la ville a  lieu entre novembre et avril. La moyenne annuelle est autour de 400 mm . Ces précipitations sont généralement des  averses  de pluies passagères, mais parfois des pluies torrentielles et abondantes, voire des orages. Aucune chute de neige n'a jamais été enregistrée dans la ville. (Wikipédia)

  • I will listen, and listen, and then listen again before calling.
  • I will only call if I can copy the DX station properly.
  • I will not trust the DX cluster and will be sure of the DX station's call sign before calling.
  • I will not interfere with the DX station nor anyone calling and will never tune up on the DX frequency or in the QSX slot.
  • I will wait for the DX station to end a contact before I call.
  • I will always send my full call sign.
  • I will call and then listen for a reasonable interval. I will not call continuously.
  • I will not transmit when the DX operator calls another call sign, not mine.
