CQ ND,SD AND DE in USA; Zone2 de 9V1PW
To complete WAS and WAZ, I need 3 states listed and 1 zone. Please send a mail to me if you are there. I'm very happy to schedule a call.
My bio
I was first licensed in 1976 as JH4PHW and continue QRV for over 30 years. When I moved to Connecticut in 2000 for my business, I got the US license as W1PJ. After a while, I came back to Japan. In 2013 I moved to Singapore for my business and started QRV in May with the callsign 9V1PW. Got DXCC and WPX award in 2013.
In Singapore I have a very small wire antenna but try contacting worldwide. Call me at any time you can hear me. Especially for ARRL centennial QSO party in 2014, I can give you 5 points as VE. So feel free to call me even if you've contacted me at the same band and mode in 2013.
About QSLing
Soon after QSO, I will send eQSL via eQSL.cc and LoTW to you. If you cannot find QSO with me, feel free to contact me or QSO again.
In case I receive your QSL with SASE or SAE and postage in Singapore, I will directly reply to you. In case without postage, I will reply to you via BURO. If you don't receive my QSL in 2 months, please drop me a line to inquire if I receive your QSL.
If you need faster way, please try OQRS from log check below or from https://secure.clublog.org/logsearch/9V1PW
In case I receive your QSL with SASE or SAE and postage in Japan, I will directly reply to you but it takes a while until the next time I come back to Japan.(not frequently) So I don't recommend this way.
If you use BURO, please send yours to JH4PHW via JARL BURONOT to 9V1PW via Singapore BURO.
For SWL, eQSL, Direct & OQRS only(NO BURO). To avoid cheating, I don't accept QSO data on any kinds of clusters. Please describe what you really heard with at least three consecutive QSOs!!

The sky of Japan, which is the airspace assigned for control,
consists of one Flight Information Region(FIR): Fukuoka.
This region is controlled by Air Traffic Management Center (ATMC) ,
Sapporo, Tokyo, Fukuoka and Naha Area Control Centers (ACC).
ATMC manages the whole Fukuoka FIR. ACCs keep in close contact

with concerned airports and adjacent foreign FIRs such as Anchorage,
Oakland, Manila, Taipei, Shanghai, Incheon, Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

Today every activity concerning culture, society, and economy in our life is closely connected with active exchanges with foreign countries. Under these circumstances, civil aviation provides an essential means of transport, particularly for Japan, a country surrounded by sea, which makes it necessary to promote the smooth exchange of people and goods in order to stimulate the society and economy and to improve international competitiveness.
Since the 1970s, civil aviation in Japan has grown steadily in terms of passenger and cargo volumes, although it suffered from the impact of the simultaneous terrorist attacks on the US in 2001. Currently, the scale of its operations is one of the greatest in the world. According to the demand forecast for air services by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the future growth rate in the Asian market will be the highest in the world, thus, the role of Japan in civil aviation is important.
Development of airports in major metropolitan areas is currently being promoted in order to deal with the increase demand for air services. The expansion project has been launched at Tokyo International Airport, as well as the promotion of further development at Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport and CHUBU CENTRAIR International Airport. In addition, the government is now promoting the Visit Japan Campaign (VJC) nationwide, with the aim of establishing Japan as a tourist destination. Efforts are therefore also being made to improve conditions for the convenience of foreign travelers by creating a multilingual environment at airport facilities.
Concerning aviation security, measures to prevent hijacking and terrorism have been greatly strengthened in Japan since the terrorist attack on the US on September 11th through improved cooperation between the government and the aviation industry throughout the country. In addition, Japan has made remarkable contributions to the improvement of international aviation security mainly by supporting the ICAO financially and assisting capacity building efforts in other countries.
Along with the development of air transport, it becomes more and more important to ensure aviation safety. For this purpose, safety measures are being actively introduced on the basis of new technology and in accordance with international standards, through the activities such as: 1) aircraft inspections, 2) competence certification for airmen and 3) supervision of the operation and maintenance systems of the air carriers.
On the basis of the new CNS/ATM plans of the ICAO, the installation of next-generation aviation safety systems is also being promoted. As the core of such next-generation systems, regarding multifunctional transport satellites (MTSAT) both for aeronautical missions, including air traffic control, and for meteorological missions, including weather observation, the new No.1 MTSAT was launched in February 2005.
As mentioned above, by considering civil aviation from a global perspective, Japan is intending to continue to fulfill its major role in the development of the world's aviation networks.

SOME RULES & ETHICS FOR ANY NET:
  • For all, especially new hams, do not call breaking in any NET,
listen before carefully, because this is a net, where they are
DX stations with other stations all over standing by for a QSO.
  • As first priority ethic the net controller must give chance call
to these DX stations present, during while we try to collect
more DX stations to give's opportunity to all making a short
list for respectable Europe hams.
  • Any one present on the net who may copy a Dx station not
hear from us can advertise us by relay.
  • My advice to every one who like's to call a Dx station,
is to indicate the Dx station calling him (2) time & then
give him your call sign also (2) time SLOWLY, and do not
give him more reports like (3 by 4 & 4 by 4), ONLY give
one signal report more time specially when there are a weak
signals between.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

* Still receiving QSL's with insufficient contributions with or without
SAE, so all these QSL's will be ignored and not repliedas I mentioned
bellow on my QSL INFO instructions point (4). Please do not send like
that, because it will be lose.

* It was noticed while I was working (CW), that some stations was
calling me on the same day's or day's before more & more,
even they had previous (CFM) contact for the same band
making (QRM), so they did not give the opportunity for new
& weak signals stations, hence I ask them to comply with the ham
spirit to not recall to give's chance for others, thanks you.

ALL OLD QSO'S DATA OF MANUAL LOG ( BEFORE 2010 ) WERE
